Thank you for choosing Plane View Banquet Center and Goog’s Catering for your event. Goog n Nats, Inc (the parent company of Goog’s Catering) has a class C liquor license which requires by state law that no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises unless it is supplied by Goog’s Catering.
If you choose to have alcoholic beverages served at your event, you have three options available to you:
- Per Person Bar
- Per Bottle Bar
- Cash Bar
Look over the three options and choose the one which may be the best for you. One option may be better than the others for your specific needs. Our experienced planning staff can help you with this decision.
Orders for alcohol should be placed a minimum of two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of the liquors that you request.
Unless specifically requested, bartenders are allowed to have a tip jar on the bar. If you request that no tip jar be placed on the bar, a 15% gratuity will be added to all bar pricing. |

There are two different options available for a per person bar. In either option, the price is charged for every person in attendance regardless of age. Both options include the following: all liquor, beer, wine, mixers, pop, supplies and any necessary bartenders. Bottles of champagne and wine are available for the tables on a per bottle cost and are NOT included in per person pricing. |

All items and services in per bottle pricing are itemized separately. If you choose liquor off the stock list, you will only pay for the bottles that that are open. Once the seal is broken or the keg tapped, you pay for that item. For this reason, we suggest that you check with the bartender towards the end of the night and let them know if you wish to have any more bottles open.
We try our best to honor special requests for liquors, however, there may be a minimum order from our suppliers. Depending on the cost and popularity of the liquor, you may be required to purchase the entire order (usually 3 bottles).
All open bottles will be counted at the end of the night by the bartenders and the manager on duty. We encourage you to be present when the bottles and kegs are totaled.
Bartenders are $25 per hour and are required for liability reasons.
All Pop, Mixers and Juices are included in the per bottle pricing.

Cash bar prices are listed below. The only cost to the host is the bartender. Bartending services are $25. per hour and are required for liability reasons.

The entire staff of Plane View Banquet Center and Goog’s Catering will make every attempt to make your event fun and safe for everyone. For the safety of your guests, the following policies have been established. Your cooperation with our staff will ensure a great event for everyone. Thank you.
- Guests who appear to be under 30 years of age will be asked for ID. Please make sure your guests are aware of this policy.
- Last call will be made 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of your event. At the request of the host, we will make last call earlier.
- No doubles, Shooters or drinks containing more than three liquors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Our job is to see that everyone makes it home safe. |
